All items are shipped USPS First Class mail, or Priority Mail Flat rate unless otherwise specified .

We do everything we can to ensure you love our products, but we also know that sometimes people need to return items. SBE Precision Products allows returns for 30 days from the date you received them. We strongly encourage customers to contact us before shipping anything back so that we know why the item is being returned and whether there is something we can do on our end to help. If the item is not damaged, and simply is unwanted buyer pays shipping costs

SBE Precision Products does everything possible to ensure any item received by the customer is in perfect condition; However, we have no control over what USPS does with the package after it is dropped off at the post office. If an item is damaged we will do everything we can to rectify the situation. If you receive a package that looks damaged and suspect the product may be damaged please document the condition of the item and package by taking pictures of the package prior to opening , and of the item itself.
